Efforts with No Vision

Once upon a time there was a farmer who had a dog. The dog had a peculiar habit of chasing every other car that passed by the road and would only stop when the car speeds up and he was left behind. One day a passerby was confused by this behaviour of dog. He asked the farmer "Are you not curious to know the reason why ur dog chase every car"
The farmer took a deep breath and said " I am not curious about why he is chasing the car, I am more curious to know that what will he do even if he catches one"
Same things happens with many of us. We give our efforts but have no vision, the direction is misisng. We are giving our best but have no idea about the direction we are moving towards and the destination.
